PRIVACY POLICY

Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). As a rule, the use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

about

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The collected data is used exclusively internally by our employees and forwarded to them internally. If you register with us for the purpose of completing a conference, a course series, a seminar, or a training course, we process the data necessary for the execution of the contract and – particularly in the case of cost assumption by funding bodies – the data required for this in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. We do not store your data permanently, but only in accordance with the retention periods prescribed in the respective applicable legal regulations, but in any case for as long as is necessary for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures and the complete execution of (pre-/post-)contractual relations between the data subjects and us (including the expiry of any warranty, guarantee, forfeiture and limitation periods, as well as the legally binding conclusion of any administrative or judicial proceedings). We store data in a form that permits identification of data subjects only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday and postal code. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: office@ausbildungsportpsychologie.at. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter distribution.
Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. Further information on this can be found in the privacy policy of Facebook at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php If you do not wish Facebook to be able to associate the visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
Within our website, we use the “Custom Audience Pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. This process serves to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and can contribute to optimizing future advertising measures. The collected data is anonymous to us, so it does not offer us any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook and its partners to serve advertisements on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. If you are under 13 years old, we ask you to ask your legal guardians for permission to use this page.
