If proof of an ISO certification of the learning service provider is required to apply for funding: The Center of Mental Excellence is certified according to DIN ISO 29990 : 2010 (TÜV Süd) for the development and implementation of learning services as well as consulting in the areas of high-performance coaching, leadership training, and sports psychology.

Individual approval is possible under the following conditions:
September 27, 2002: Completion of doctoral studies in psychology at the University of Innsbruck
It is a professional continuing education measure individually tailored to the client.
The measure is of particular labor market policy interest.
Following the measure, the client can be integrated more effectively. -
The responsible Employment Agency reviews the prerequisites for approval in individual cases using a survey questionnaire. The educational institution must send this to the Agency along with any other required documents at least 4 weeks before the planned participation begins.

The following also applies to individual case approvals:
It is not equivalent to approval by an expert body (FKS). It must not be used to circumvent approval by the FKS.
It is not possible if comparable measures approved by the FKS are offered within the daily commuting distance.
It does not apply to group measures. These are measures with multiple participants that are identical in content or where a repetition of the course content is planned. If such a group measure is accessible via an education voucher, the training provider requires institutional and measure approval from an FKS.

Educational leave / educational release is a legally regulated holiday entitlement for employees, allowing them to attend a seminar or continuing education during their working hours. The respective place of work of the course participant is relevant. Educational leave laws exist in all federal states except Bavaria and Saxony. The Center of Mental Excellence is a recognized institution for employee continuing education in the state of NRW, meaning that participants of the module series who are employed in NRW can apply for an educational release from their employer. Prior, early coordination with our course secretariat is absolutely necessary for this.

An education voucher can be received by employees or unemployed individuals for whom continuing education is necessary to end unemployment, prevent imminent unemployment, or to complete a missing professional degree.
